Just like new.

by Craig
(Wilton, CA)

I bought a new home a little over a year ago and didn't seal my grout and boy did it get dirty. I called Marc and he made me feel comfortable about not knowing anything about my grout or my tile floor other than I walk on it. He took me through the tile cleaning process and then explained in detail the way to prevent my grout from getting like this again, including my bathroom shower surround and counter tops. I really think that my grout is cleaner now than we I took possession of it from the builder. Thanks again Marc, for bringing quality and pride back to the service industry.

Thank You

You are very welcome Craig. Thanks you for the kind words. Its funny because I often hear my clients tell me that "it came out better than it was when it was new" when I color seal their grout. It's because it actually makes the color more uniform.

You see, some installers when they mix the grout don't mix it thoroughly, they add their additive or water as they go or they add to much from the begining. All of these can cause issues with the grout color ranging from a blotchy grout color to having a lighter color than the grout was suppose to be.

Keep in mind also that occasionally it is actually just a bad batch of grout and nothing the installer did caused the problem in the first place. Whatever the case after I clean the grout
and apply a color sealer the grout always looks uniform in color throughout the house and as an added bonus it also becomes stain proof.

That's truly a "Win, Win" situation.
