Amazing Tile and Grout Transformation

I had just purchased a new home that had mostly tile flooring. I loved the house, but the dirty tile and black grout really bothered me. It was all I could look at. I saw the ads for Sierra Tile and Stone Care online, and called Marc Leonetti. He returned my call that day, on a Sunday, and took time to explain the process and options carefully. By the end of the conversation, we had set up a cleaning appointment -- he was the guy to do the job.

He showed up at 8 AM on a hot summer day, and worked straight through until 9 that night. There turned out to be inconsistencies with the level of the grout, and was proving to be much more work to color seal after the cleaning. He even came back and worked for three more hours until he was satisfied with the evenness and quality of the seal. Marc has very high quality standards, and was not finished until he reached those standards.

My experience with Marc Leonetti and Sierra Tile and Stone Care was fantastic, and I recommend him to anyone with tile flooring. The result was amazing!

Thank you so much for the kind words.

It's not often that I need to stay after on a job so late as I like to respect my clients time but in your case, since you were not living at the house yet and you had movers arriving the next day I felt an obligation to complete what I could that night. Lucky for me I only needed to finish in the hall and 2 baths the next day. Which meant the movers could continue as scheduled.

Sometimes, there are factors that we cannot predict until the job is actually in front of us and in the case of your particular job I started on the same day I did the estimate. I new the high grout would probably be an issue but it certainly slowed down the sealing process significantly. In the end the job turned out great and I feel the extra time spent really paid off.

Ultimately, knowing my clients are satisfied is lore important than how fast I get it done.
